Morningwood – Philip Iliev
Cute - an engaging and enjoyable piece of fluff. The reader needs to have done - and enjoyed - at least RPGs and computer or online games. The cover blurb is misleading; the book is not about a novice adventurer. The cover art is accurate, and portrays the main character. One of the secondary characters is sitting on it. Yes, the treasure chest is the main character. Or actually, a critter that looks like a treasure chest is the main character. The author makes it work. Three stars for a fun read. Not more than three because, well, fluff.
