Quicker – Laurence E. Dahners

The downside is that “Quicker” is wish-fulfillment fantasy. Ell Donsaii has a neural quirk that makes her incredibly fast (in a crunch), gives her incredible reflexes, and supports an incredible IQ. (She’s also a nice person.)

On the bright side, it’s tasty mind candy - a quick and pleasant read that doesn’t ask much of the reader.

I see that “Quicker” is up to seventeen sequels.
