LitRPG wish-fulfillment fantasy, with all the limitations of the genre - but a lot of fun within those limitations. The protagonist, a dying invalid, finds herself on a D-and-D-style world. (Really, D-and-D-style. People have scores in strength, intelligence, dexterity, etc., and know what those scores are. People have ratings in magic skills, and know to a percent what those ratings are.) She starts with mostly-low stats - and a special ability that enables her to gain abilities quickly.

The book starts awkwardly. The protagonist is a bit of a brat, and the reader is asked to take interest in the protagonist’s stats before being ready to take interest in the protagonist. It gets better.
