Missy the Werecat – P.G. Allison

It was free on Amazon, and it came up on an also-liked list, so I read it. Not bad for light wish-fulfillment fantasy, but it seems to have been written for a young audience - simple declarative narration and no moral ambiguities. (Missy only kills people who deserve it.)
